Event: Indiana State Fingerstyle Guitar Competition Friday July 26, 2024, through Saturday July 27, 2024 The undersigned herewith releases Indiana State Fingerstyle Guitar Festival, Content Management Systems, Inc, their agents, directors, officers, volunteers, and employees (the released parties) for any and all liability for injuries or damages that result either directly or otherwise from my participation in the above-described event, even if these injuries and damages arise as the result of negligence or culpable conduct on the part of the parties released. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties named above for all claims against the released parties for expenses incurred by the released parties which are due to my participation in the above described event.

You authorize ISFGC, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that ISFGC may use such photos and recordings of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, and online content.
